We see in the data that Government Insured FHA combined with VA mortgages are out pacing conventional mortgages for home purchases in Maricopa County, Arizona!
More about Government FHA and VA mortgages in Arizona! FHA/VA appear to be used more than conventional mortgages for home purchases in Pima, Pinal, and Yuma counties.
Are there anything but Government mortgages these days?
The phenomena of FHA/VA exceeding conventional mortgages (mostly FHA) is showing up in many counties accross the country. I looked at the data in AL,AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, etc. Looks like a new analysis report to showing Conventional , FHA, VA by county. Use to always be that FHA & VA had less than 5% market share. No more!
