Average Purchase Mortgages Are Rising

One of the signs that we are looking for to see if the housing market is starting to recover is the Average Purchase Mortgage Amounts. This may point to sign that housing prices are starting rise again. The chart belows shows the Average Conventional Mortgage Amount for 2009 Nationally.

Taylor Bean & Whittaker Suspended By FHA

The Federal Housing Administration citing irresponsible lending and failure to file required financial reports suspended TBW from participation in FHA programs. This impacts not only TBW but many lenders who went to them for funding.
